Street party on the Village Green by the school - Saturday, 11am-6pm

Help with the transport and cleaning of tables and chairs on Friday afternoon Help with the transport and clearing away of tables and chairs on Sunday morning Lend a gazebo for the musicians stage on the green on Saturday Bake a cake or buns for the cake stall on the green on Saturday. Deliver to Diana Hodgson at Two Stacks (opposite the entrance to The Rectory) on Friday afternoon/early evening

Classic car and tractor display on the Village Playing Field - Sunday, 10am-4pm

Bring along your precious car or vehicle for everyone to admire Help serve at the beer tent for a couple of hours Lend gazebo for beer tent

Village photograph on the Village Playing Field - Sunday 4pm

Turn up at 4pm to be included in the photograph for a permanent reminder of this historic event We have a professional photographer, Lee Niel, taking the village photograph but if anyone has a drone for general pictures of events on the playing field on the Sunday that would be greatly appreciated
