We meet every Tuesday at 9.30am in Crudwell Village Hall for an hour’s session of Tai Chi. We are taught by a qualified instructor, Monika Godfrey. It’s about co-ordination, balance and working every part of the body. You just need comfortable shoes (or none at all) and easy fitting clothes. The difference has to be felt to be believed after just one session.
